UGA Admission Chances!

<p>Hi! I applied to UGA for the fall semester for 2013! I am really excited to hear what happens because it is my number 1! I would just like to know what you guys think my chances are!</p>

<p>-Male
-White
-Out of State (California)
-I attend a top 5 public school in CA
-3.41 UGA GPA (however I talked to an admissions officer and they like to see upward trends in GPA and that what I have. 2.75 freshman year, 3.5 sophomore year, and 4.1 junior year.)
-29 ACT (31 English, 32 Math)
-Applied under Finance
-Captain and MVP of baseball and football, multiple all league awards, etc.
-Very active in church (youth group and choir).
-Avid Scuba diver.</p>

<p>Again, I just want to know my honest chances. I know my GPA is a little low, but my test scores are high and they like to see an upward trend in grades. What do you think!?</p>

<p>It depends what your rigor is. How many AP/IB/dual enrollment courses did you take?</p>

<p>Hmmmmm . Your Rigor and test scores are fine. Your GPA is very low for UGA, but your trending will help you. I tend to think that you have reasonable chances. Good Luck! I am waiting to hear back too!</p>
