Hello! I'm new to the site, and I'm a Georgia resident, senior, and a UGA hopeful. I've been wanting to go there since I even heard about college! I a bit of a late sprout on things, but towards the end of my sophomore year and last year, I got a bit of a jump on things...so I was wondering...what are my chances of getting into UGA? My stats are as follows:

GPA: 3.6
ACT score: 24
SAT (Critical reading/math): 990/1600
AP Courses: AP Literature, AP US History, AP Biology, AP Language (AP classes weren't offered in my school until my junior year [last year] and there still aren't very many!)
Extracurricular activities: Beta, Student Government, International Club, FFA (There aren't many clubs/organizations I was interested in, and getting one started was trouble.)

I had trouble my ninth grade year, but I've been told numerous times that the ninth grade year isn't a HUGE factor in decision...I did very well in my sophomore year and very good in my junior year (lowest grade was an 84...could have been higher, but it was AP!)

My worst problem is math, as I failed Algebra in ninth grade, but I made up the credit during summer school, making an 81, not great, I know, but I've never made higher than a B in math...and as a senior, I'm in Algebra II...and that worries me on how it will play out in admissions.

Those are the main things I can think about when it comes to UGA's admission standards...what do you guys think? Can anyone give me any insight? UGA is the college of my dreams. So, naturally, I'm worried. :(
