I have a a 660 in every section of the SAT and I have held 3 officer positions and now hold one. I am a nationally ranked fencer. I am on student government for my school and by the end of this year, I will take 6 AP courses. I have taken 6 honors courses. i had a seventh honors course, but i failed first semester of that course freshman year and made it up in summer school with a 94. I have an unweighted GPA of 3.52 and a weighted GPA of 3.68. I am top 48% in my school and I have a 91 Numeric GPA. I am part of 6 clubs and currently hold a position in one. I swim and fence on my school's Varsity teams. I am a resident of Georgia. Money is not at all an issue. My parents can pay for tuition four times over at the Emory. What are my chances of getting into UGA and UF? Which do you suggest I attend? I have a lot of volunteer hours, but they are mainly for the clubs i'm in, not for outside events. Do i have a chance of getting into either honors program? I want to go into medicine. Which school has a better pre-med program? or are their pre-med programs about the same?

Come on!!! Comment! I need help!!!

hopefully if people see that this has replies then they will reply :D

I cannot really say much to anything about UF but UGA is an awesome school and is pretty solid for pre-med since they have their own med school too! However, you’re a good ways off from the Honors program :/. For regular decision, your gpa is slightly lower than most but your test scores are solid for UGA and your EC’s are not to be taken lightly (nationally ranked fencer? Damn!) but I’d say you have about a 55-65%chance for UGA RD

You have a ok shot at UF. GPA and percentile are going to be the problem. Only around 92% of admits have GPA greater than 3.75, 78% of admits are in top 10% of class, 97% in top 25% of class. Also a UF admission officer told me that first they compare you to students in your own school before other schools if that helps.
