<p>On their Common App supplement they ask "Please tell us what led you to select your anticipated academic program and/or NYU school/college, and what interests you most about your intended discipline."</p>
<p>What if you don't know yet what you want to mainly study? Isn't that what the first year of college is, y'know, for? I've been considering applying to Dramatic Writing in the Tisch school but I know there are other things I want to study and I don't know if I want to lock myself into a major that early. Should I allude to that? I mean, I'll have the opportunity to switch my major later if need be (even if it involves some red tape), won't I?</p>
