Uh......

My school only offers 2 AP classes and the rest honors. I am taking the hardest classes offered at my school, but for some reason we have little AP courses. Will colleges look down on me? Will they take my situation into consideration?

If you explain to colleges about your schools situation then they will totally understand especially if you are taking the hardest classes possible!

Yes.
You could always take courses online, community colleges, or self-study.

Community college classes look very good. Although you are taking the toughest courseload, if it isn't that strong (compared to others) you should take CC classes.

No, they won't look down on you, because you really had no choice. If you took classes outside your school it would be considered a plus because you would be pursuing learning outside your institution. Still, if you didn't, you wouldn't be penalized. AP courses are mostly for college credit, so if you didn't take that many APs it just means you have to take perhaps a few more classes in college than someone who did.

hey its not that big of a deal... if you're really worried about it you can self-study a few APs and take them at a different school in the area that does offer them... im doing this and there are really great study guides out there to help you!

If you take both AP classes, no, they will understand.

K, thanks guys.
