<p>I'm a Junior economics major at U. of San Francisco and have an opportunity to transfer out, but don't know if I should because I love my profs here and the dept. However, I was admitted for the spring at UIUC and GW and was wondering which school would give me the most opportunities in terms of jobs or should I stay at USF? Please help</p>
<p>it depends on where you want to work post graduation.</p>
<p>Obvious, the school ur at now will probably place better on the west coast while gw will place better on the east coast.</p>
<p>in addition, if you are planning on attending graduate programs, such as law school, it might be beneficial for you to stay and cultivate existing relationships with professors rather than build new ones at GW</p>
<p>What about UIUC ? Would I only be limited to jobs in the midwest? How good is the econ department there?</p>
