UIUC, UC-Davis or UW?

Hey guys
I have already been admitted by UIUC in Engineering Physics. But seems like UCD will announce their decisions soon in this month. However, I am applying UCD as Mechanical Engineering. Another school UW would be pretty late: early June, and I am applying it as Physics.
I am a sophomore physics student(Well, not technically, I'm actually major in BA and Math, but I do have taken awful lots of physics courses) who is in U of Oregon right now. On the transfer evaluation form of UIUC, they only made 1 out of 6 my physics courses equivalent to theirs. I suppose the reasons are that I was not taken all three labs corresponding to three lectures, and I didn't even take one of the lectures either. So right now, my CONCERN is that whether or not UCD and UW will decide my physics courses as un-equivalent either based on the same reason. If that is true, then I probably won't choose UCD because besides from learning engineering courses, I have to learn those physics courses all over again. Plus, the tuition in UCD is more expensive than the other two.
But again, it all assumes that UCD won't decide my Phy course as equivalent. I am actually like learning Mechanical Engineering MOST. For engineering physics in UIUC, it's more like do physics other than do engineering, but looks like they got a pretty high rank reputation on that major. UW would also be nice to me simply because it's close to Oregon and got a decent academic reputation as well.
By the way, I don't plan to continue my graduation education right after my undergrad. I hope to get the intern chance in firms or organizations as soon as possible.
