UIUC vs UMD

I am debating between the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign (UIUC) and the University of Maryland (UMD).

I got into Computer Science and Linguistics at UIUC, and Computer Science at UMD.

Tuition and cost is not an issue since they are fairly equal and neither is the distance (I live in CA).

Which college would be a better option for me considering the program I got into and ranking?

UIUC is higher ranked for CS, and has a large alumni base in Silicon Valley.
