I have been accepted at these three schools along with Tulane and Wake Forest, I was waitlisted at JHU and at Emory. I am 100% sure that I want to go pre-med but I do not know which one of these will give me the best chances of getting into medical school. I am definately persuing the waitlists, but I am having alot of trouble deciding. I got a 20k scholarship to UM, a full ride to UF, and just simply accpted to UMich. I live in Miami and I dont think I want to stay here; the money is really really tempting though. I just need some advice from anyone who would know which school will give me highest chances of getting into medical school? Any advice?

i’d like to know more about this too…hopefully someone will help us out :)

Full ride? Definitely that one. You don’t want to be paying down $200K in Med school debt along with anything you accumulate in undergrad. You’ll be eating peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and driving a beater car until your 40s. Won’t make you an exciting date!

Your overall GPA, MCAT scores and grades in your pre-req classes are the most important evaluation factors in getting accepted to med school – so-called “prestige” of the college is practically irrelevant.

Does your full ride at UF include housing?
