I have been accepted to both and Stony brook is instate for me. No scholarships however. I will need to take a $5k p/y student loan if I go to UMD.
Opinions?
My D got into both. But we eliminated Stony Brook because she also got into other equally good or better schools with lower cost. But UMD still remains our top choice for a lot of intangibles as well as its reputation & very diverse coursework offering.
