interesting we havent seen any denials yet
Is this from last year?
whats the predicted? (mines 2A+s 2A’s) (6A*'s 1B 1C IGCSE - the B’s and C’s were in langs)
Idk where you got those numbers but last year UMich had 80k applicants, accepted approximately 15k,and 7300 ended up going. 17k offered waitlist, 13k accepted waitlist and they only took 86. This comes from UMich website.
They don’t usually post here. I’m sure there were a few.
Predicted is 2A* 2A.
6A* 1A 2B IGCSE which were in Pakistan Studies and Islamiyat so not relevant.
does umich do EA denials or does everyone get accepted/postponed?
My daughters friend was rejected. Mi kiddo was postponed
I think they do EA denials, just the people who do don’t post here. Very large majority get postponed (esp oos)
Does anyone have the numbers of EA OOS acceptance rate vs RD OOS acceptance rate? Wanna know if its doomed or not (it might be for CS lol).

They don’t release this data, sadly.
I do sense they shape the class with in state kids with EA and some exceptional OOS kids (seems to be 1520+ SAT, 4.2+ wGPA, and in some cases legacy) for OOS
so yea same boat
So will Michigan do the 3-4 week waves where they admit some postponed students?
