Umich Transfer Fall 2016

I’m currently a freshman English major at the University of Michigan - Dearborn, and I applied to Ann Arbor’s LSA for the fall.
College GPA: 4.0. Only one semester (16 credits) is reflected on my application. However, by the end of my freshman year, I should have about 44 credits total because of AP classes and dual enrollment in high school, including the 15 credits I’m currently taking.

High school unweighted GPA: 3.6 (weighted: 3.9)
AP Classes: AP Lit, AP Lang, AP European History, AP Government, AP US History, and several honors classes
Extracurriculars:
Social Justice Club (college)
Literary Magazine (college)
Arab Student Union (college)
Special Olympics basketball league (college)
Intern at a math and reading tutoring center (college)
Editor-in-Chief of literary magazine (high school)
Varsity basketball team captain (high school)
Secretary of National English Honor Society (high school)
Secretary of Political Science club (high school)
and I volunteer with a community service organization (high school and college)

I was waitlisted when I applied as a high school senior. What are my transfer chances? I also have phenomenal essays, a recommendation from my English professor, and I’m a legacy applicant. Do they prefer transfers from their satellite campuses (Flint and Dearborn)?
