Last year decision cane on 19th. I just read last years thread that michigan does not reject…either they accept or deny…is it true

Are there any statistics that show what percent of differed applicants eventually get an acceptance? Because a lot of big time schools differ a lot of students in hopes they eventually have the room for a few of them. If they differ a ton of students, that basically would be like a rejection since the chance of getting an acceptance is so low! Obviously you want to advocate for yourself by sending an email demonstrating interest, but that can only go so far. More applicants UMich differs, the worse for all those differees.

Since LSA takes the largest study body portion, does LSA have the biggest number of students admitted?
In the past three years, students in China received the decision emails on Sunday morning. So I guess if UMich still plays that card, we may receive the result after 5 hours or so.

Hi, I’m from OOS and Michigan is my number one school. 5 kids in the top 10 of my high school also applied to Michigan early action, including myself. I was wondering if Michigan only accepts a certain quota from each high school and if I should be nervous that the fews kids with higher ranks with me will get in over me. Thanks
