bumpppppppppp

High match for UMich (GPA below average, SAT slightly above average)

You can probably make NYU, Lehigh, and Tufts rather easily. ECs aren’t that strong though

I don’t think your chances are good for UMichigan and NYU. Maybe for Penn State Honors.

^ Agree. NYU also has average GPA above 3.8.

Would my chance go up a lot if I scored around 2150 for SAT? (around 650 for CR and 780 Math)

A 60 point increase in SAT would not increase your chance a whole lot. Work hard this Summer and you should be able to get 2200+ this Fall. Then it will place you at 75% of admission stat for UMich and that may compensate your low GPA and make you a match.

Thanks everyone. I guess the only thing I could do at this point is getting my SAT score up. Another question though, I took SAT 2 Chemistry and Math2C without studying that much, so I’m confident that I can get it up a lot. Should I retake them?

might look at Holy Cross-fantastic pre-med program. Holy Cross is similar to Boston College.

Why would you take the SAT2 without much studying? That would be a waste of time and money. For Math2, you probably don’t need much studying except for a couple practice tests. It is relatively easy to score 800. You said you are taking AP Chem this year. When did you take the SAT2 Chem? It would make more sense to take it in June (or last week).
