Yes - it seems they added a few words to clarify. Looks like returning residents get first choice. Current students get second choice and then the incoming freshman for next year have to wait until May. That makes more sense now. We are number 169 and her first choice dorms is for freshman only and matches her LLC so I am hoping it all works out for her.
