PLEASE PLEASE help I have until May 1st to pay my deposit at one of these schools. I can honestly say I can picture myself at either school. I am in love with both!
I’m going in as a bio major (I think I want to do the whole pre med track for undergrad) to both schools but that could easily change.
Unc has me in their honors program but I’ve heard that doesn’t do much more than get you into the honors dorms and give you priority in picking classes.
Also, I am an in stater at UVA but tuition is not an issue. I’ve basically got a full ride to both universities. However, something to keep in mind is that I do know quite a few students and uva and zero at unc. (I’m pretty outgoing though I wouldn’t really mind the fresh start)
Everyone tells me “you can’t go wrongh with either school, it’s up to you.” But I simply can’t bring myself to commit to one of the two schools…
Mom is slightly leaning towards UVA because it’s ranked higher- however the schools are honestly so close in rankings I don’t know if I should use that factor to make up my decision.
I want to know which school will provide me with more resources and the connections I need to succeed. (I do realize that it’s up to me to put in work once I get there)
Please please please give me some input as to why I should attend one school or the other!!!
