The UNC early action decisions just came out, and even though I have a
4.33 GPA, 34 superscored ACT score, and am in multiple extracurriculars, I was
deferred from the school. I have worked so hard and am a little surprised I got deferred as
UNC is one of my top choices. Does being from out of state make a huge difference as I know
a majority of the students are in state? And what are my chances for regular admission?
