<p>So this is the third time this summer I've tried logging onto the myUNC portal thing and it won't accept my password. I've searched my email for any password changes but there are none. I've tried resetting my password but it says my account doesn't exist. I've tried using the help there but today (being a Sunday) I can't get any. Anyone else having this much trouble?</p>
<p>Your password is 90+ days old. You have to change it.</p>
<p>I’ve tried but they kept saying my account doesn’t exist but I can’t make a new account because it says my email is in use. I’m online with an IT person now though.</p>
