I have a question about a "controversial" essay. I wrote my essay kind of about writing my essay. However, I talked about how I have an "idea list", then I start my musing about who I am and what people would say about me (and I recall a few anecdotes - my first computer, my robotics experience when our team's robot stopped working but i lifted morale and we ended up having a functional robot eventually, and learning the piano), and then at the end in the last paragraph, I decide that a college essay is nothing to fuss over, and its just about showing who you are, and then i toss away my idea list...what do you think about this?

I have been told it may seem that its resume-like, since I talk about different anecdotes, that are somewhat unrelated. But each anecdote does present something new about me. Also, I have heard that it may seem like I didn't want to write a legit college essay and just threw in a whole bunch of themes and combined it artistically :/ i have others written, but i just dont know...

I have gotten a lot of positive feedback too. This essay may not be about ONE central story, but its basically me thinking about what I should write my essay about, and realziign that there are so many things that make me who I am.

Does this fit under the common app central story prompt?
