Under $80,000 income, does that pay for everything?

Rice says that if your family makes under $80,000 a year then you will recieve 100% financial aid. By that do they include tutition, room and board, and fees? Or just tutition?

I just left the Financial Aid office at Rice yesterday. By this, they mean that if your family income is under 80,000 they meet all your need without loans. It does NOT mean that they let you go there for free. For example, my mom makes 50k, and so I will have to pay about 5k a year.

Yes. Your EFC still stands. The rest of your FA package will be comprised of grants, scholarships (if any) and work study. You can take out additional loans to meet the EFC, if I am not mistaken.
