Hey guys, I'm in a bind here. I'm an international student (also a transfer from a jc) in california and these are the two schools that I need to choose between right now.

My major would be business, and I want to choose the school that would have the best chances of me getting a job after graduation since I want to stay in California. My other criteria for choosing would be: which one is considered a "better" program, which one looks better for grad school, and which one is better known, etc... in case I need to move. Location makes no difference to me either. Thanks alot for the help!!

Damn, I’ve been hearing different opinions from everybody. If I have to stay at Pepperdine longer to graduate (1 semester to a whole year) would it be worth the extra tuition? Is the difference between the two pretty negligible?

If you’re a Christian and are interested in nurturing your faith, Pepperdine is the better choice (mandatory chapel/Bible Study, religious classmates and professors).
If you’re not, then Chapman.

myos, I’m not interested in the faith aspect but I can tolerate it for better academics. Which would you choose if faith werent involved with either?

Pepperdine’s campus is somewhat remote. Chapman’s is in a quaint part of Orange County with a decent number of things to do in the area immediately outside of campus. I don’t know if either will help you improve your chances at staying in CA post graduation although the international focus of Pepperdine may be helpful.
