Undergrad Courses for a Transfer

I am a senior in high school and want to attend med school in Turkey. Since I am a turkish citizen I am not allowed to enter as a freshman unless I take the OSS (equivalent to SAT+about 3 SAT II s ) . Since I dont have the time or the knowledge of turkish literature to take the exam, I have to apply as a transfer. The schools are Hacettepe University and Istanbul Medical Capa. I meet the requirement for the SAT score but i need for the credits from here to transfer there. Their education is in English but medical schools in Turkey is 6 years. The first year is mostly cellular biology from what I can see on the website.

My question is do you guys know any undergrad schools that have the same courses for freshman year. If it was up to me I would just redo the freshman year but the schools dont allow it.

I don't think any school in the US has a program like that.

However, in college you can choose the classes that you want to. So I would call the school in Turkey and ask what classes their freshman take. Then I would take the similar classes. Also, try to get into the upper level classes in the US college by taking APs.
