<p>How is UPenn's Engineering? Last I saw it ranked about 20-30ish on US News. It's just hard for me to believe that a school like UIUC, which I consider a safety (average accepted GPA for our school is around 3.6) ranks above a school like UPenn who, on average, admits students with both higher GPA and SATs.</p>

<p>What’s the average accepted student to Penn from your school like? How do they compare to other Ivies? The other Ivies with engineering colleges: Cornell, Columbia. With any engineering at all: Dartmouth, Brown, Princeton. Kind of at Yale and Harvard.</p>
<p>That’s misleading because Princeton’s engineering program is very good. Engineering here will take you where you want to go and that’s what matters.</p>
