Undergrad exam requierments

<p>Hi,
I was born in Texas and lived there for a month, then my family got back to Israel, where I live since then, though, I have a U.S. citizenship.
Except from being a U.S. citizen, I haven't spoke English as a native language, therefore my English isn't at the same level as of an American HS senior.
I'd like to know if my exam requirements are the same as international students or U.S. students? I saw this link Checklist</a> for International Undergraduate , and wondered if I fit sections 4 and 5.</p>

<p>You stated that you’ve lived in Israel since you were one-month-old, thus you are an international student and must demonstrate proficiency in one of those listed ways regardless of citizenship.</p>

<p>So if I choose, for example, to do the TOEFL, I don’t need to do the SAT?</p>
