Undergrad IB

Would going to UChi hinder chances at an IB job compared to, obviously wharton, but also other finance majors vs. econ at schools such as WUStL? That, and grad school for UChi after deflation? I ask because Chicago GSB is notoriously good for investment banking, but I rarely hear anything about the undergraduate programs in that regard with the exception of wharton and harvard. Sorry that's a bit hard to read, but I'm writing this quick before i go to work. Sports nutrition never sleeps!

bump cause i'm curious :P

Here is what has happened to undergrad econ concentrators over the past 20 years:

Economics concentrators—this is today identified as the most careerist major—are 24 percent in banking and finance, 15 percent in business consulting, 14 percent lawyers, 10 percent in business administration or sales, 7 percent in computers, and the other 30 percent scattered.

where did you get those numbers? and thank you very much
