Undergrad Publications, GPA, and applying for Grad School

I'm currently going into my senior year at UC Davis studying chemical engineering. I was a transfer student coming in and my GPA coming in was around a 3.9 and is now cumulatively a 3.54. I participated in an REU at UC Irvine last summer and have since been doing research in a chemical engineering lab on campus. We just sent our first paper in to get published on which I am second author and we are finishing up a few other projects that give me potential to be second author on up to possibly 3 papers by the time I graduate. I have also worked as a science and math tutor for hs students the last year and a half for a private company. I haven't yet taken the GRE but am taking it this fall.

Currently my grad school of choice is UCSD, but I guess what I really want to know is how well I look on paper and what the likelihood of me getting into UCSD or other higher ranked graduate schools. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
