<p>Hi,</p>

<p>My son is in his second year at a public university. I have just enrolled in a private college grad program seeking my master's in education. His efc was met by a sub loan only. Should we notify his university of my enrollment, or will it have no effect on his fa package? I have filed a FAFSA for my program, seeking a loan.</p>

<p>It won’t make any difference if it is a FAFSA school. Parent’s can’t be included as one in college on their child’s FAFSA. But the child can be included as one in college on the parent’s FAFSA.</p>
