<p>I would love to run for one of the Freshman Seats at the Undergraduate Assembly and continue to be on it throughout my time at Penn. But if I want to run for leadership positions during my junior year, is there a way for me to study abroad a semester? Study abroad is a huge deal to me and I'd welcome the chance to do it one semester. Is it possible? </p>

<p>I have to agree. The kind of people want it like having the illusion of power. They don’t actually do anything although the sure like to think they do and let everyone else know. There have been so many incidents of poor behavior in the last four years it has become a joke.</p>
