Undergraduate major in hospitality

My niece majored in hospitality - essentially hotel management - at a large urban public university. She did very well and it turns out this was the plan suggested by her parents - select an "easy" major and get a high GPA, rather than major in something perhaps more conceptional and less vocational, such as English Lit or physics.

Assuming she does well on the LSAT, she's thinking of applying only to top law schools - will it matter to the adcom that she studied in a hotel management school rather than the liberal arts division of the university?

It will make no difference to law schools. Legal employers will probably ask her about it though, and she’ll need a better response than “it was easy.”
