I just got an email from the directer of admissions at the University of Delaware saying 'We know this can be a stressful time in your life, and we didn't want to keep you waiting any longer for some great news" and the rest on how i have basically been admitted. Should i take this as an official admission letter?

My daughter received the same e-mail. Official packet within the week. Congrats!

Glad i’m not the only one, congratulations as well!

Anyone else? BUMP

My D received the email late yesterday. Congrats.

My son received the same email yesterday! Congrats to the three of you. A nice early surprise. I thought it said you could go on portal today to see the acceptance but nothing has been posted yet.

Yes, my daughter got the same email. I checked the portal today and it said it was still under review so I did the live chat and it was confirmed she got into the school of engineering … The portal was supposed to be updated this afternoon.
