Unique EC essay, too nerdy?

<p>I'm working on my 150 word EC essay for the commonapp. It has to do with a hydrogen fuel cells, and I thought it would be entertaining to sprinkle in a few "humorous" metaphors/references.</p>

<p>But, I'm worried that admission officers may not understand haha.</p>

<p>So, would anybody care to read/critique..it's just 150 words!</p>
