<p>What is this one time ID it's asking for? I put down my deposit a couple days ago, and decided to create a uniquename, but have no idea what this ID is.</p>
<p>You get an e-mail after you place your deposit with the one time ID in it. You have to use that to go through the registration process and create the unique ID.</p>
<p>A uniqname is the Login ID and/or email you will be using to gain acess to many of Michigans websites like Wolverine Access , Housing etc etc. It is very important. Follow the instructions in the email which they send.</p>
<p>Supposedly you also use it for classes, and put your unique name ID on some tests that professors hand out. </p>
