Everyone needs to take a deep breath. You aren’t rejected until you’ve gotten a rejection letter, and just because you weren’t in the first wave of acceptances it doesn’t mean you won’t be.
According to trends of other schools, the longer we wait, the less likely we will be accepted…

UW is still recovering from budget problem it had last a few years and it should accept more OOS because they bring more money.

The release of decisions is completely random.
So far only international students from the US can see their decisions. I’m expecting the results for non-US internationals to come out at around 8pm Seattle time today,
