Universities in Chicago? Help por favor? :)

So I really want to go to college in Chicago and I just can't decide where. I'm thinking of majoring in pre-dentistry/something medical. I want a college thats big but not to the point where I have 100+ people in my class. I would much rather have a 15-30 student teacher ratio. I also want a urban campus and it doesn't neccesarily need to be a traditional dorm campus setup. I have a 3.455 gpa and a 25 act score. Top 20% of my class.Lots and lots of really good extra curriculars-class pres,nhs...etc.. and have taken alot of hard honors and ap classes. Right now I'm looking at Roosevelt,DePaul,Loyola & Benedictine. I know I'm not a particularly good student compared to others but I was also wondering which colleges would give me the most financial aid. I come from a low income family. I would also like to know these things about the colleges:
1.Safety on campus and general surrounding area
2.Student Life
3.Dorm Life(I know alot of chicago colleges have alot of commuters so dorm life isn't exactly traditional) but I would be living in a dorm so I was just wondering what that would be like..
4.Overall College Experiences
Feel free to correct me or add anything else..Thank You for taking the time to read this and respond! :)

Benedictine is in Lisle, an hour’s train ride from downtown.

Roosevelt is a commuter campus with some students living in dorms. There’s not really a “college experience.” The area is among the safest in the city.

In terms of academic quality and prestige, DePaul and Loyola are about equal, and above Roosevelt.

I could be wrong, but I think that pre-med/pre-dental pre-reqs at most schools are usually large classes for the lectures (labs will be smaller). Even many small schools will not have small classes for those pre-health req’ts. There may be a few schools (maybe not in Chicago area).

Your stats (GPA and test scores) and financial situation will likely limit your choices.

Are you going to retest?

What schools can you commute to?

Be sure to apply to at least 2-3 schools that you know you’ll be able to afford to attend.

Are you instate for Illinois?

Oh I forgot to add, I also want a college that offers work-study!

Yes I am instate and I am planning to retake the act in october. My gpa should be 3.5+ by the end of my first semester.I can’t commute anywhere.
