Universities in Europe

Hi, I'm a US citizen who's interested in potentially attending college/university in Europe. Can you let me know of some universities that have strong technical and business backgrounds in Europe? I'm primarily interested in engineering and business, and would prefer it to have instruction in english or both english and french and be in a french or english speaking area, thus I'm primarily looking at France and Switzerland, but wouldn't mind looking elsewhere as well. Thanks!

In the UK Cambridge and Imperial are top for engineering. Unfortunately you can’t study two things (like business and engineering) at most UK schools. Also many top UK schools do not offer a business undergrad course.

It also might be worth looking at US schools that have special programs with European schools. Columbia has a program with Sciences Po in France where you spend your first two years at one of the Sciences Po campuses and then your next two at Columbia in NY. Euorpean schools, because they are so inexpensive for home students, tend to offer little financial aid to overseas students so this type of exchange program may be a better option if money is a concern.
