<p>For those universities in Western Canada, what grades would you need (As a resident of Ontario, I don’t know about the rankings of those universities) and does it cost more for an Ontarian?</p>
<p>minimum 90% for ontario curiculum students for the UAlberta petroleum engineering students. The cost is the same for any province.</p>
