Universities that take etnicity into consideration?

<p>Basically, does anyone know of any universities that are trying to amp up there student bodies racially? </p>

<p>(some confusion on another forum that people had when i posted this thread)
I'm not just speaking in terms of the Hispanic/Black community but all minorities including Asians and Pacific islanders etc etc... EVERYONE!</p>

<p>Asians aren’t a URM so they don’t get much attention anymore.</p>

<p>That would be basically every college in the nation. If you’re white, HBCUs would be interested in having you bring them some diversity.</p>
