Universities with Strong Chemistry Majors?

Hi, I'm planning to apply to some American universities
but I'm not sure which ones have strong Chemistry programs (I'm really interested in Chemistry and forensic chemistry in particular...)

So I'd like some recommendations, please!
I'm looking for not-very-expensive colleges or colleges that have scholarships I can apply for.

PSAT score: 200 (80 in Math, 60 in CR and 60 in Writing.)
Chemistry SAT II score: 780 [and now I'm currently taking AP Chem]
Unweighted GPA: about 3.8ish?
Weighted GPA: 4.1... not sure about this semester but it will only go up since I'm taking a few AP's and getting A's.
I haven't taken the SAT, ACT or TOEFL yet (yes, I'm an international student.)

Thank you very much :)

FSU in Florida has a Nobel Laureate on its chemistry faculty and is more undergraduate focused than other public universities. It’s also not wildly expensive.

Berkeley’s College of Chemistry is the best, but expensive for internationals.

Look at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Excellent chemistry dept. Out of state tuition is high but not outlandish. There are also lots of international students there as well.

Yes I’ve heard of Berkeley and Wisconsin already, and they do interest me!
I’ll be sure to check FSU out! Thanks!
