<p>Not sure what you are talking about. Conceptually, method of evaluation remains the same. What has changed is rules for elegibility in the statewide and local context which determine whether you can be admitted to “a” UC though not necessarily one of your choice. New rules are designed to admit what the UCs determine to be the top 9% of high school students in Cal (statewide context) and top 9% of each high school (local context).
