University of California Transfer Students Fall 2007 OFFICIAL THREAD!!!

being irish is for suckers, although i am half irish. I always answer my ethnicity as chinese since chinese is the best

I am not Irish, but my first name is. Irish people are micks, hehe.

Hey sweet, most cc's allow taking units over the max. There's a petition that a student has to fill out/then it has to get approved. With your grades however, i'm almost 100% sure you'd get approved to do so.

I have tried that but they say with my work schedule they can't allow me to take any more units then the max. They said if I cut down my work hours then they would approve me...gee thanks :P

don’t be hatin’

Haha...don't tell 'em you're working. That's what I did for summer and I was able to petition 2 units over the max. It must be extremely annoying having to sign up for three or four colleges...

Fall 2007 Applicants

The online application for fall 2007 will open at noon PST on October 5 so students can begin working on it. The application filing period is November 1-30.

That's on Thursday, noon for those of you planning on a headstart.

I wonder why they keep moving the date back.

...This makes no sense why they keep pushing the date to view the applications back. One would think it should be a simple process. It is not like much changes from year to year with the application, so all the information should be stored. So lets see if it actually opens tomarow.

What is the average transfer GPA for econ majors at UCLA and berkeley?

does berk have any average gpa stats based on majors?

is it out yet!?!?!?
