So they kinda know whose saying what lol
On another note did you guys end up submitting the video porfolio?
Not yet lol, but if deferred ill definetly do it
I did one.
Praying for a deferral guys
Why not an acceptance
Ehhh, record number of applications, I applied EA, etc. Also my previous rejection from Penn CAS shows that I’m not the greatest candidate. I really just want the opportunity to do ED2, and if I get rejected, it probably means there is something bad in my LORs
I believe in you bro you got this
do any EA still have their withdraw button
I do lol for better or worse
My son applied EA. He chose the historical figure prompt that you give a modern device to. He took a little bit of a risk by choosing a somewhat controversial figure but had an interesting, philosophical take on it.
Not sure what to think of his chances. It’s my favorite school for him. It’d be such a great fit for him. He loved it after the visit. For him, it’s one of his top 2. He was deferred from his other favorite. So I’m really pulling for a full acceptance here. But it seems doubtful after his 2 deferrals. This process is disheartening.
is anyone’s portal missing their application round?
anyone still got withdrawal option?
yes, I do. I am ea.
I don’t… should I be concerned?
for submitting sat, did anyone who self reported on the common app have a “display” button under the “self report sat scores” in the “forms” section of the portal? Someone I know said that they can see their scores there despite not using the form. All my other friends who applied ED/EA don’t have the display button, but the sat is suppressed in the common app pdf preview.
any ea people not have withdraw anymore? I think only ed people have it removed since they are bound to uc. All ea i know still have it.
I’m ea and don’t have it
someone said if you don’t have it as ea it’s a rejection since you still have the option to withdraw with ea if accepted for deferred. I don’t believe all that but it is weird why they have not stopped using the portal to indicate the decision prematurely.
