<p>I don't understand the first essay question for the University of Chicago admissions form</p>
<p>"How did you get caught? (Or not caught, as the case may be.)"</p>
<p>How did i get caught for what? Logical question about something general or like a inside thing everyone should know?</p>

<p>Just what the question asks. Write about anything you want that answers the question.</p>
<p>The admission officers really aren’t trying to trick you. Honest.</p>

<p>It’s not an inside joke or anything (thought it might be now amongst UChicago applicants).
Just think about something, profound, playful, whatever suits YOU.
But don’t settle on your first idea (mine was a fake diary entry for Elliott Spitzer…:)).</p>
