University of Dayton - Decisions for class of 2019

Has anyone gotten their letter in the mail yet?

They were mailed today

S received scholarship info in snailmail today. Received Trustee Scholarship value of $78k for 4 years. Engineering student, 34 ACT, 4.3 GPA, Class rank 10/230,

I also got Trustee Scholarship but for $74,100 for 4 years. I’m thinking the $78k was the maximum. Also engineering student, 33 ACT superscore, 3.91 UW/5.0 W GPA, and 35/1000 class rank. How about everyone else?

My son got $70,100. He has a 31 ACT superscore, 3.98 GPA. He is Business/Finance.

I was also admitted into engineering; received Trustee Scholarship for $78,000 with 35 ACT and 4.0 UW. I am hoping that was the max, as I am not sure what else I could have done to receive more money. Nevertheless, Dayton seems unlikely given that $78,000 is less than half of a full ride.

Accepted to engineering with $74,100 merit aid

3.96 weighted GPA, 3.8 uw

32 ACT

Strong extracurriculars- state cross country, tutoring, piano accompanist

Merit aid seems to be given out based primarily on GPA and test scores, just like I was told at our tour. Though extracurriculars might have been given some weight because my GPA isn’t over 4.0 and I still received the trustees scholarship.

As a proud UD grad would just like to say that my experience at Dayton was wonderful and I hope all the future Flyers feel the same way.

I applied last minute…around end of February. I got my decision today.

Applied as Communications major, thinking of switching to Marketing/minoring.

$44k over 4 years Father Chaminade Merit Scholarship, 3.43 GPA, 1510 SAT.

hey everyone, I know most of you got accepted and I was just wondering if you think I could get in with a 23 ACT and 3.7 GPA
