I’m currently a freshman at PSU main campus and I’m not sure about my decision to stay. I’m originally from DE and I am considering UD as a transfer school. I’ve been at PSU for about two months and while I have adjusted, I still very lonely and isolated. I was wondering if anyone could provide any insight on the two schools or the freshman experience. All my friends back home love UD and are keeping their grades up quite easily. On the other-hand, my grades are not spectacular, or at least nothing like they were in high school, which isn’t helping my situation. Has anyone else felt like this? Does freshman year get better than this or does it seem like transferring is in my best interest?
Hello! I am also a student at PSU UP (junior though, so I’ve been around the block a few times). If you want to chat or grab lunch or something, let me know. Maybe not this week since I’m swamped with work right now, but generally I’m always up for food and meeting new people.
