I recently applied to UF. I have a couple of questions that are confusing to me. When I worked on my application, I read over the guidelines of the Innovation Academy, and I thought the program seemed like a great idea. I applied and wrote my essay. However, I selected my preferred term of as the Summer of 2017. I would actually prefer to attend the traditional term in Summer of 2017 instead of the IA if I had the choice. I am confused over this issue, for I felt like I had the choice to pick either the traditional summer term or the IA once the decisions came out. If you could please email me back and offer me further information on how to only be considered for the traditional Summer Term then I will greatly appreciate that.
@johnny4782 Once an application is submitted it cannot be changed in any way.
@JPGator98 Well then I probably won’t be attending UF then. I emailed the admissions officers just now, but in no way possible they can’t change it?
@johnny4782 No, typically nothing can be changed. After admitted you may be able to, but not before then, atleast the information I have been told. Email though, no hurting in doing it.
Yeah If you get admitted to IA. Ut want to attend regularly then you have to apply as a transfer to a major not offered through IA.
