<p>Either one will be fine for pre-med (I’m assuming you are talking about Rutgers New Brunswick), but for tuition purposes, you can’t be instate for both. Which state, NJ or FL, will be the one in which your parents declare full-time residence for tax purposes? Just because they own real estate somewhere does not mean you are entitled to in-state tuition there. Look into this first.</p>
