Hey everyone. I recently went on a tour at uri and started talking to some current students. I really liked the campus but after talking to some people I’ve heard rumors that the social life is centered around Greek life. I was wondering how true this. I personally am not a huge party guy however ik that can change in college, I’m mostly concerned that a majority of people there will be concerned with partying 24/7. I’m wondering if I’ll will fit in or not

It’s only 20% Greek. I guess there could be some people partying a lot but certainly not on campus where they are pretty strict. Seems like a ridiculous rumor to me. Like any school, you make your own choices and if you don’t like to party then there is plenty of other things to get involved with.You’re certainly not going to find partying during the school week normal.
