Question: I was wondering if I applied Early Decision at either case western reserve or university of Rochester, and did the optional interviews which I was already planning on doing, would these increases my chances of getting into the school that I early decision at either case western or rochestor?

Early decision is an advantage if you are very highly qualified and / or “hooked”.

It doesn’t sound like you are.
