Did anybody hear back regarding students being admitted of the waitlist.
Not always but typically it’s not going to be until after may 1 when people either decline or ghost them on acceptance, thus becoming a decline.
Until enough rejections come through a school doesn’t know how many seats are left.
Don’t forget a decline is expected by a school. So a decline here and there won’t matter as the yield at nearly every (not all) schools is far below 50%.
Find an acceptance and fall in love in the meantime.
In 2020 while they offered 382 WL admits over 2100 were on it. The odds aren’t great.
