University of South Carolina chances for scholarship

Hey you guys, I'm a high school junior from Texas and I want to go to USC to major or double major in International Business and either Finance/Marketing with a minor in either Chinese or Indian Languages. Here are a list of my accomplishments in high school so far. Please give me feedback on whether or not I could get in (and if I would get a scholarship or not).

4.12 Weighted, 3.47 Unweighted
1240 SAT (1600 scale)
No ACT yet
3 year band member (quitting due to lack of room in my schedule and to work on my study habits)
2 year CC team member
Over 100 hours community service since Freshman year
Life Scout (huge misunderstanding with my parents got me taken out early)
Extensive leadership in Boy Scouts (5 time patrol leader and 3 years on Leadership Corps.)
After Senior Year I will only have 6 advanced classes however because I wanted to experience high school as well. Other than that it's all Pre-AP with like 3 Regular classes
I am only in the top 40% of my class as well. 203 out of 587
Attended the National Youth Leadership Training camp by recommendation of my scout leader
Learning French and Spanish through Rosetta Stone at the moment.
Established DJ in the Houston area as well. Over 50 gigs in the past 6 months, including my school's homecoming and band banquet.

I think I have a really good chance to get in, but since it's out of state my parents are kinda iffy about it unless I get a scholarship. So that's why I'm asking.

1200 is the average SAT, so a 1240 is unlikely to get a significant merit award.
